Empty domain - Dead Google Plus Page - 1st google result. How?

There is a company that pops up in he first place in google for a keyword but the website has just a white page and a Google business pops up on the right that says is a permanently closed business. Its really screwing with a friends business. How is this possible and how can we get rid of it?

Maybe site isn't dead, just its server is down.

I'm sure it won't be there long if it's really down for good, otherwise maybe just server is down?

Just a matter of time before it goes off.
