Employment affiliate??

Is there any site that offer employment and pay its affiliate for free signup/ email submission of its traffic?

I was just looking into this and looking for more: indeed and simplyhired both have affiliate programs.

Indeed payout is based on 100,000 veiws for $4.00 not worth the time.
Try Monster.com hard to get in but the payout is good, when you consider that members have to payout a min of $250 for thier lowest package, your return is good.
