Employee login credential management

I’m grooming an employee to manage a portion of my online marketing. This would involve sharing login credentials with the employee. Concerns involve losing access should the employee leave.

Can I use something like lastpass to give the employee access to the sites without the ability to see or alter the login credentials?

If not lastpass can you recommend a better service?

Don't know of a way to give account access but without giving them access to view the information or update/change it once logged in. However, if you keep the email address related to the account secure and setup recovery methods for the accounts and 2FA then you should be able to recover any account if your employee does decide to change it.

The first thing I would focus on however would be hiring someone trustworthy, if you can't trust them not to change account information, how can you trust them to do a decent job.

There should be an option for you to allow elevated user credential which you may remove once that person is no longer connected to your company.
