As I said in my last post (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/i...ne-girl-i-think-im-like-a-male-whore.1672602/), in the last few years, I used to use dating apps to be more social and meet girls. I'm a shy guy, I don't have any friends in real life.
However, right now I have a girlfriend and I feel even more isolated from society. Like many of you guys, I also work alone from home. I can't use apps to date anymore for obvious reasons. My family lives in another country, I'm basically isolated.
Today I read this thread; https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/h...work-at-home-introvert-members.1673894/unread
I feel identified because I'm shy and I struggle a lot trying to make new friends, that's why I used dating apps to find new people and leave my comfort zone. I'm afraid that I might be developing a troublesome emotional dependence on my girlfriend, because she is the only person that I have contact with, besides my parents by phone.
I don't go to the gym or any other place that could work to find friends. And I just leave my house to go to the supermarket, buy stuff, restaurants, cinema, sometimes visit a place, but always take some photos and go back home, I don't feel comfortable at all starting a conversation with a stranger without any context, that's why I used dating apps, because with them, you at least knows a bit about the person before knowing her in person.
What do you guys suggest? Should I break up and go back to a life leaving more, meeting several girls and with less emotional dependence? Or there is no problem about it and I should stay with my girlfriend and don't have contact with anybody else? I know that a third option should be included (where I make more friendships and maintain my relationship), but it's not easy for me having serious social and anxiety issues, I don't know what to do...in 2019-2020 with my ex-girlfriend the same happened, I kept years just talking to her with any friends or social conversation with other people, it can be hard and I guess it would develop dependence.
