Emojis in URL?

What is this?
Are we really at the point where there will be there will be Emoji TLDs? or I go further emoji domain names? since this works, like if you see the link in your browser after you open it, the emoji is there so, why emoji domain names would not work.

My personal opinion is really negative about this, because I think this just brings us 1 step closer to make all websites more spammy.

Thank you, this is a WONDERFUL way to make urls unique. But it seems like none of my tools can detect search volumes for emoji's .....

I will have to experiment adding these in my urls. They do standout ALOT in serps. I don't know if it's ALL emoji's, but 100% all unicode 7 ones.

I think that website is related to Hubspot, a solid authority figure, which makes it seem that they wouldn't care about emojis in their domains, since they already have a solid reader base.

Although interestingly, it can help in making domains unique.
