It's a good question, i don't think it's necessary but it can maybe lure a few people in just because you have a flashy title !
There's a chance it make your videos look less professional but it really depends on your target audience (a younger audience may respond well to a well placed emoji).

Thumbnails are the first thing viewers see. So try to work on that.

Depends entirely on your demographic imo.
If you're making videos for kids then yeah, add some.

I dont know how they add it but i do get interested in those sparkly titles more than the regular ones
