Emedding Guru

Hello,
I am looking for someone who can help me with embedding a few video channels.
The video isn't opening straight away but opens a picture first where you have to click next enable to play it.
I am looking for a way around this.
I was wondering if someone with the right knowledge can help me i don't mind paying a few $ for it in return.

Oki thought it was so off topic and not really a big freelance project but a simple fix i could place it here.
