Hey guys,

I have a coupon website for a surtain brand. And I have a EMD with the brand name in it. I used to rank top3 but now 7th page and all the other emd with the brand name in it dissapeared from the first page. So I think it might be best to take a different domain? Or 301 to my coupon authority website? What do you guys think? All the first page is filled with retailmenot and the like.

RMN is now a Google venture business so they're protecting their investment. Coupon sites will continue to go down. Since you have a MNS for a specific type of coupon you should not advertise your site as a coupon site but give info on the subject and maybe have a banner on the site linked with your coupon code.

If I were to try and earn from hosting affiliates I would provide a ton of info on the matter and just insert my link now and again...

didn't you see the one with "DO NOT PROMOTE THIS CLICKBANK PRODUCT" ?

Most misleading thread title ever?

Well its not a mns site, since I have over 150 articles on the site about the subject. Its more an authority with an EMD. But I am thinking about redirecting it to my small sort of retailmenot site. To see what happens.. Interesting article by the way

If I 301 my entire site to couponsite.com/brand which has unique content too. Could I use the old content from my redirected site again on a new website? Or will this still be seen a duplicate content?

well copy/paste-ing the content onto the other site will make it dupped content.

you should 301 the domain onto couponsite.com/brand and 301 the links from the couponsite.com/brand section to the original articles and just have an excerpt of each article posted on couponsite.com
