EMD when someone else has it?

I found an emd that I would like to try..
Traffic travis says it would be relatively easy, there are a lot of red X's in the top 10. The exact local and global is 2400.

My question is some foolish MNS builder has the EMD. com, only .org is available. His site shows up on the 3rd page of google, looks like it has no backlinks.. He doesnt have even 400+ of content, and his grammar and ON page seo are terrible.

Should I buy the .org and do it right?

Yes. Get the .org as not much diff to the .com

org is a powerful EMD. Go for it. Go get it from Godaddy for $0.49.

Shouldn't be a problem. I've over 50 niches where I'm planning to build a website on EMDs. Most only have 1 available EMD, but the other EMDs either don't have a website, or are owned by lazier bums than me. As long as you optimize your website better than the other guy, you'll be ranking higher than him.
