Hi guys

I've found an affiliate niche. The site currently #1 on google, whilst is almost 3 years old, only has a DA of 23 & PR 0, and its back link profile, according to OSE is made of up crappy anchors like viagra, from crappy sites.

Im confident I could outrank it.

My problem is, that site has the EMD domain for the "money" keyword. The site operates within the UK. Firstly would i be better of getting a .co.uk or .com. Alternatively, my keyword is available for a .uk.com. What would be the best domain to purchase here?

Secondly, failing using the uk.com for my exact match keyword, the .co.uk and .com is available if i put a hyphen between the first 2 words. The keyword actually has a space here also.

What am i best off doing?

What about .org.uk? I have good success with these for similar situations to yours.

.org.uk or .org isn't avaialble for EMD

Im looking to buy my domain today as i want to start work on the site this evening.

Can anyone else offer input please?

org.uk is not going to be a original tld .

just get a domain with mon.ey.co.uk it will work fine. or buy m-o-n-e-y.co.uk .

Ill use the hyphens.

Thanks

The hyphens is the better choice
plus the alue of EMD has decreases a lot

I'd skip the uk.com registration and go with the hyphens for a .co.uk. Especially if you can get it with only 1 hyphen.

1 hyphen and .co.uk is what i went for.

Thanks
