EMD selling JV

Hi guys,
I have 10 EMD website. Those are 1000+ monthly search and $1+ CPC, one 500 words unique article,contact,TOS page. I brought those perhaps 6 month ago and didn't do any SEO with those. And i am so busy with my web design business now, so i want to sell those. I know many user have good account at DP And DP is the best place for selling those site. So if you want to sell my website we can split the $$ at 65-35. 65% is mine and 35% is yours. pm me if you interested.

What's the traffic like?

I would recommend doing a bit of promotion if the traffic is low, get them earning decently on Adsense and then hit up Meathead to flip them for you.
Alternatively, depending on how much you want for them, I might take them off your hands. PM me the sites and what you're looking for and we'll see what we can work out.

Maybe you can pay someone to run them for you and you can split profit. Will make you more money in the long run. Good luck.
