EMD ranking 1st page (50k Exact per month) Worth anything?

I have an exact match domain website that ranks on the first page of google for a keyword that gets 50k exact searches per month.

I might be looking to sell it but was wondering if it's worth anything.


Category: Music/Artists

Traffic: 1000 vistis / month

Which place exactly is it ranking ? How much is the cpc ? Are you currently making any money from it and how much ?
 
cpc is $1.77 according to keyword tool

#12 including youtube videos

didn't really monetize it. through a couple ads up but don't know if i'm really making anything off it cuz I don't have a specific link tracker
 
Try to join with some affiliate programs or try to do something involving Clickbank ?
 
You only get 1k out of 50k, that seems a little low for 1st? Since it's probably music videos or artists why haven't you tried affiliate linking to amazon? If you send 500 people to amazon/month you'd probably make some good money.

Thats at Page 1, not the #1. imagine if the competition is very low and you hit the #1. traffic estimate 15-20k/month.

I live in Connecticut and Amazon has recently done away with Connecticut affiliates due to CT taxing policies. If I was able to somehow link to amazon what would you suggest selling? Their CD/Merch?

The website is a EMD to the artists name.
 
you can find out by putting it on auction on flippa, but it will cost at least 30-40$ in listing fees to find out.
 
1K visitors/month is not interesting number. Honestly, I doubt you will sell the domain to anyone... Best thing you can do is to try to rank it better, what equals to the increase of its price.
