emd.biz vs theemd.com?

Hello, I want to create one web-site in a flash games niche.
emd.biz is free, but I have read various opinions about .biz extension, some say, that it is good to go, some say, that this domain extension must be used only for business web-sites.
what would you advice, emd.biz or theemd.com? or just find an old pr1 domain and start my web-site there?
