embedded youtube vids as content

I'm just wondering if there is any rule (especially concerning adsense) about embedding youtube videos as the bulk of the content on a website/blog?

I have an idea to make a kind of an index of many different youtube videos, with an embedded link for each one. This would basically make it easier for people who are searching for videos on a specific topic on youtube, by pointing out the most relevant videos & giving quick summaries of each one.

I know it sounds like a bit of a trivial idea, but with regard to my niche I think this could be pretty useful for people.

I have YT vids on my site as well. It did add a bit more visitors so I'm happy with my results. I don't think it would really impact your Adsense . Big G looks more towards user value then where you got the content.

That said it would be wise to write your own reviews and post some other content as well.
