Embeddable quiz backlink strategy?

Hi everyone,

I recently got a tool for quiz creation, primarily for internal team testing, workshops, and similar activities. However, I had an idea to leverage the option of custom domains and iframe embed features of this tool for SEO purposes, specifically for generating backlinks. I'd love to get your opinion on this strategy:

Step 1: Reach out to your niche websites where you want a backlink and propose offering a free fun quiz on a topic they choose, instead of a typical promotional guest post.

Step 3: Create the quiz depending on the website owner's preference.

Step 4: Generate the embed code, linked linked with my domain.

Step 5: Share this embed code with the website owner for them to embed on their site.

My Questions:

1. Do you think this backlink strategy would be effective?
2. How likely is it that website owners would be willing to embed iframe on their site?

I didn't even know that iframes are (still) a thing, so I don't know what to say.

According to SEJ google can crawl iframes and read the content within them:

...and based on this info I'd guess that iframe links are worth getting. Maybe not have 100s of them, but having some won't hurt:...

I think this answer is subjective and depends on each webmaster individually. Some of them will be OK with it, others won't, so you'll have to ask them
