Embed video like this

I didn't know where else to post this. sorry.

I want to make a landing page for my website that just takes a given youtube video and makes it full screen with a button that allows clickthrough to the site. Like this: http://www.thecourteeners.com/

How do I do this?

There are a bunch of clean word press themes that do that. Look at Kingsize.. Thats a good one that might be right up your alley and doesn't look so amature as the one in the link

The example site you gave is simply setting the width and height of the video in an iframe to 100%. Here is the code that they used,

You can add a link to a website using annotations.
