Embed Video in Email

I'm using Sendy for a newsletter I send out on a regular basis. Can anyone recommend a way to embed video (ie. Youtube) without it being filtered or marked as spam?

Take an image of the paused video, crop it and then wrap it in an anchor to the Youtube link/video file. Most e-mail clients won't support HTML video embed so you're better off opening it in the browser.
