Embed other's twitter videos

Does anyone have any idea how to do this? Example:

This world star account embeded a video by a user called diamond something. Pretty slick way to use viral content to get your own RTs...

Hey I'm interested to know more about this as well. Obviously the usage here is sad under the circumstances, but hey this is BHW, and people gotta make a living.

Anyone? I see the big parody accounts using this strategy all the time...

I figured out one technique to do this using an iPhone but it does not work for every video. You have to go to long videos over a minute long, then share it, and when the share options come up select Open in Safari. In safari the tweet will show the long link of the video, copy that link and tweet it, the video will embed in your tweet. Not sure why it doesn't work for all videos yet but I have had success with a few and have gotten crazy RTs with it.
