Hello,

I wanted to ask a specific question about "embed" links. How is the law standing with sharing them? For example I'm making a website and posting embed videos there from another website: e.g youtube or some porn website - videos that sharing is not legal, but im just sharing an embed link - I'm not posting it on my website.

Could I face any consequences with those actions?

if a youtube video has embed enabled it means they want it shared. when you do it if they have annotations or ads on their video then it will show on your site.
Perfectly legal. Nothing to worry about . I build whole sites doing it and have done so for years

Okay, thanks for answer. I guess it's the same thing with xvideos - embeding porn videos on your site as it is with youtube, right?

You're fine, I do this all the time you can embed really anything as long as it's not something to sell & belongs to another company.
