Embed dailymation video - bad for SEO?

Hi guys,

Was wondering if embedding a dailymotion video on my Joomla website would have a negative effect on my SEO.
Because they work with Iframes in there embed code. google hates Iframes.. so whats your opinion? Hosting the video on my own server could get ugly with bandwith, because its a 18mb vid..

would like to here your opinion/approach on this.. thanks!!

No, it won't. And it doesn't matter if they use iframes or not as long as you have textual content on the same page that Google can index.
 
Not affect your site due to use iframe. Because google just ignore the iframes. So iframe don't affect seo.
 
As per as I know, it will have not effect on your site. Rather it will enhance the content.
 
To my knowledge there wont be a problem for your ranking because of the embed video.so you can go ahead.
 
I really don't understand how embed video can affect your SEO venture! You can easily use it without putting any single thought.
 
Won't affect if you have content along with the iframe
