Emails to LinkedIn URLs

Hi,

I am replicating the post below here, I need some assistance from the community.

I have a substantial list of partial data (Name, Country by IP and Email Address), and I need to find out if they have a LinkedIn account associated with them and, if so, extract the profile URLs.

Does anyone have a tool that can do this reliably and at scale?
Running scripts using Google search does not produce a high enough number of URLs, generally around 20% from previous testing. For me to consider it successful, it'd need to be around 40% ++.
