Sure you can upload through a server. Are you paying for that server? Does that hosting company have any information about you? So now you keep pushing their copyrighted goodies, they get irritated.. Hell they could probably just ask YT for your info and go from there.. If they're really upset with you they can file a civil complaint and subpoena youtube, then your server's provider.. The next thing you know, you get a next day air package from UPS with a nasty gram; say hello to RIAA's crack law team! They'll provide some proof of your actions then tell you to call within X amount of days or they'll file a federal civil suit against you for up to 100k per infringing item..... Have fun with that. It's much easier for them to prove damages in a civil suit too. Unlike criminal you're not innocent until proven guilty. You're guilty until you prove otherwise. This makes baby jesus weep.
