Emails from BHW

Anyone getting email notifications from BHW?

I can't tell because somehow on the same day BHW got DDoSed, my password had expired and it was time to change it.

I decided to update my email address at the same time.

Unfortunately, I was asked to confirm the new email, but never received one. I figured it was because the servers were under heavy pressure and couldn't deliver the emails then?

So I tried again today with multiple different emails and still haven't received the verification email.

Normally, I wouldn't care, but you can see I lost my VIP status because my account was probably marked as "unverified".

This is a funny situation at an unideal time. Instead of pming any mods, I emailed support at bhw.com and was posting this thread just to see if other people weren't receiving BHW emails lately either.

TD;DR Need to confirm email address to get VIP access back, but can't because not getting emails from bhw.

Check your SPAM Box.
BTW, the DONOR icon is still appearing under your username, that means you are a VIP

I checked spam boxes on many different emails and email providers.

also I know the donator image is still under my name, but I've lost the permissions to view the VIP sections and other privileges.. Otherwise I wouldn't really care to make a whole thread about it.

I guess you need to talk to a mod


I cant load bhw sometime and keep getting the BHW is offline on the top

Same here, never got any notification mails for the PMs which I used to get. I assumed it's part of the DDOS attack which BHW is currently undergoing...

Thanks, as long as I'm not the only one, I'll assume I'll be able to verify my account once the ddos attack stops

You should now be able to receive email notifications again.
