Just setting up a campaign and hotmail or yahoo email address won't work for me. What is a good one to use?

Either will do. You can buy accounts in bulk from the marketplace and increase your conversions.
 
It gives me an error in GSA, saying that POP3 in not enabled or something
 
A lot of old providers didn't ever fix their POP3 error. Our accounts are now fully working - you can register on our site (in my signature) and get 50 free accounts to test with.
 
For both Yahoo and Hotmail?

I know Hotmail/Outlook messed things up with the POP3 a while ago.

If you purchased those emails from a provider, just send them a message and they should fix all your accounts for you. Or you can login to each one manually to re-enable the POP3.
 
The outlook email gives me the POP error..and I looked in the Outlook options but don't see where I can enable POP. The yahoo email gives me an error that says "all failed". Trying to get a campaign set up before I go back to work tomorrow and it's pissing me off!
 
Weird, Hotmail work perfectly fine with GSA and Pop3, you bought those emails or you created them yourselve?
 
its very simple mate.. just 2-4 accounts would be enough..

login to each manually and enable pop + spam filter.. and you are ready to go..
 
It was emails I created. I tried logging in manually but cannot find the POP settings to enable it.
 
btw are you guys using your real info for these emails? some of them also want verification by text message..so if you have a legit email that you use that is linked to that same phone number will it matter?
 
Better try Private SMTP to send email. I hv almost 300 gmail , yahoo & hotmail. i tried to use these for my campaign. Most of the time they block my email. After that i tried private smtp & got best results.

you can use www.smtp.com 's SMPT to send email.

Login to hotmail, go to options, Pop and enable it.

Finally found the POP settings and it works, unfortunately I just let the campaign run for like 5 mins and it never submitted even 1 link. No idea why. Campaign had a error, something about no target sites.
 
I would suggest to try something like a GSA SER friendly mail server for GSA Search engine Ranker:

In this case, you use the domain of your choice with multiple alias mail accounts. So, you can change the email accounts very often & the catch-all email account will get all the mails who are sent to any aliases. plus, you can use several domains.

From my own experience, i have been unable to create bulk yahoo account with softwares & with hotmail the emails software generators are pricey. Plus, when you end up with mail accounts like X34jdsAThotmail com
That looks too spammy to me. It is better to have your own domain & human aliases like john.doe at yourdomain com
