Emails and ID

This is my first post at this amazing forum and it is good to be here.

Can some one please help me find a working email and ID scraper that works now with facebook?
A scraper that is not using Graph Search - GS is not working properly in my country.
Right now I am testing Facebook ID scraper but it can only get IDs not emails.
