Emailing scraped lists??

Hi,

Wanted to know if anyone can point me in the right direction. I have figured out how to scrape leads from a site that would be great with my service. I don't want to violate can spam act. What can I do to mail to this list?

Will there be many conversions if you are pulling emails from google search?


Do you use mailchip?

Yes most likely, I lease exotic cars. I got the emails from sellers on autotrader. I want to provide their buyers with my finance services.
