I want to pull a few thousand sites containing "links" pages in my niche and send them a request to be added to their page. I have done this on a smaller scale with some limited success. My question is what service or process do I use to do this on this larger scale. My ISP wont let me send out more than 100 emails per day. I don't think I can use a service like Constant Contact because of their TOS. Any ideas?
