Emailing Help Needed, Will Interspire Do This?

Hi I`m looking for a email program that will do the following things, first let me set the tone of what I`m trying to accomplish. I built like 2000 plumbing websites and they all have there own subdomains on my demo site, Now I need to send all these plumbers a email showing them the site that was built for them . Now my problem is that it might take me days and days to email all these people one by one sending them a email with a link to where there new site would be located at. Would anyone know how to make something like this a bit more organized or will a email program like interspire take a file with plumber email and pick up the url i want to show the plumber and email them with it. Any help would be much appreciated.

haven't been using interspire for long but i'm pretty sure interspire can handle this. most desktop mailers can handle this too, most of them can let you import csv files with fields and use variables, something like this.

to: {CSVFIELD0}
content: hello {CSVFIELD1}, your site name is {CSVFIELD2}, url is {CSVFILED3} blahblah

if you want to use desktop mailers, i suggest you try mailerking, i have been using this for years, pretty good.

Yes, Interspire can do this, you can host Intersipre on some VPS, can import the .CSV file having the email and can send them email campaign having the link of the website, you want them to land on. It will need some configuration before you actually start sending emails.

Interspire, maxbulk emailer, send blaster 3..they will let you import csv files, extract first name and last name and use placeholders for first name and any custom field and can send emails..! maxbulk mailer is the most easiest to use..! But if you are going to send mails use the above software's you need a SMTP..!

You are actually trying to personalize your email, and not only interspire but some other application also offer the ability to use custom variables.
