So, I'm an independent consultant and work with a mortgage company. My job is to connect them with real estate agents for referral business.
They can do things no other lender in the surrounding states can do which is close deals in less than 2 weeks.

I have a list of 45,000 real estate agents I would like to email about this mortgage bank.

A. If the email contains all of the mortgage company information, compliance number, etc. Is this safe to do?
B. Could this still be considered as spam even though it's directly related to the needs of the recipient?
C. Would it make any difference if I sent them all at once or 1,000 a day for 45 days?

I've never send a big blast email before and I want to make sure I understand all that is involved before I do.

Ok, but can you get into trouble?
What is a good SMTP service I can use with Atomic Mail Sender?

Make sure you have an opt out at the bottom of the email for future emails.

I had success with mailgun. Easy setup, also get opt out .

check out TEAR and sendgrid... found them on BHW, pretty good so far after a week

Hi brother i selling Smtp Domain in bulk, shell, cpanel, all tools for spam, contact in jabber send mp

I would say buy a server that ignores complaints, because you're going to get them. Yes, it is considered spam because these are unsolicited emails. You should space the emails out over a period of time. While the server you use should tolerant a certain amount of use, you don't want them shutting you off after you start emailing.

I'm still looking for a way to do this. If someone wants to message me directly instead of pointing me to Skype which I dont use (tired of it beeping constantly) then maybe we can explore options.
