Are there any offers that really convert on just the email or zip submit? Without someone having to go through page after page in order to get the conversion?

only those decent networks have offers which only require a email/zip submission, what you got in those regular networks, zip/email offers usually doesn't converts

Make sure they offer's description says first page submit, cause an email submit could be second page and even third page submit

Yep, first page submit i.e as soon as they submit there E-mail/Zip.
