Email Warmup: Per Domain or Per Account?

I'm new to email warmups. Are you supposed to warm up just a domain, or each account within the domain?

For example, suppose I use something like mailreach or warmup inbox to warm up my inbox and suppose I have 3 different email addresses: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. Do I have to warm up each email address individually (e.g. sign up email1, email2, and email3 each for a mailreach account) or do I only need to warm up a single email from the domain (e.g. sign up email1 for a mailreach account and when that is warmed up, email2 and email3 are automatically warmed up)?

Thanks for the response. In my situation, I am paying one of the hosting companies like namecheap/ionos so that I can receive email on the domain I purchased from them. Does warmup make sense in this case? If so, is it per domain or per email account on the domain?

You don't need to warm up anything if you're willing to receive emails,
Warming up only when you're planning to send emails, in your case, you should do for the domain as a whole and IP you're sending from
