How do I email verify my accounts? I can't use my proxies to do it because my proxies are social media proxies (proxymillion). Could I use my phone to do it?

Switch to SSL. Proxymillion is much cheaper, but a lot is taken away as well. You get what you pay for in a way. You can use SSL proxies for most things, including surfing the net and verifying your email. Yes they're more expensive, but they have extremely good uptime and they use 100% virgin proxies as well.

Proxymillion now offeres virgin proxies for the same price as before, so personally think it is worth it even with the restricted interent access

You don't have to use (those) proxies to login to the email accounts, you only need to use them when you click on the link in the email. If it's still restricted, you can copy-paste the ig verification url into the address bar, just don't forget to set your proxy in the browser before that.
