Hey there
I have been searching all over Internet and chatgpt and ai asking them the best email verification website that is affordable yet value for money.

Can anyone suggest me any solid website which verifies emails with smtp, normal verifications are not needed i need something solid which sends and return back stating if the email is safe to send or not.

I know neverbounce zerobounce already they are expensive as hell.

And for the information i am not looking to verify B2B.
Just normal yahoo , aol , hotmails verification

And requirement is 10-20Mill a month

Please suggest me something solid i am getting too many bounces :/

In 2021, I used this one: https://codecanyon.net/item/super-email-validator/29640689 - it worked great, but you need to do some setups, to have it working. Also, for the amount of emails you have, you will need to have a very good server set up.
Otherwise, you can use any of the online services, they use the similar setup, but you don't do anything else.

In the last 3 years, I haven't use any of this type of service, so consider this just some info, not a recommendation.

He mentioned that using a 10 to 20 million email list with that script would require waiting a year to complete the scan. That is not a good script because it will blacklist your server within a couple of hours or days, which is not good with SMTP Error code triggers; therefore, it is not recommended.

Try ChatGPT to get your own Python code, which is far better.

I’ve tried SMTP checks, and most big providers (Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL) either ignore external connections or return every address as valid, so it’s totally unreliable. Many mail services also block or spoof verification attempts to stop spammers collecting addresses. For checking tens of millions of addresses a month, you’re much better off using purpose-built API services or on-premise tools with multithreading and queueing. By the way, I’ve seen similar checks on sites like https://mail7.net - which for Gmail works flawlessly - but I suspect other providers just block it.

Here are some reliable email verification tools:
NeverBounce; Hunter.io; ZeroBounce; Bounce & MailboxValidator.
All of these help reduce bounce rates and keep your sender reputation clean.

For large volume like 10–20M/mo and focus on Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail SMTP-level check, try these:
  1. EmailListVerify – better pricing at scale, solid SMTP checks
  2. MillionVerifier – cheap and decent accuracy on consumer ESPs
  3. Debounce – clean UI, solid deliverability reports
  4. Emailable – has SMTP + mailbox ping, good for your use case
  5. TheChecker – affordable, supports API and bulk, good for Hotmail/Yahoo
Test small batch first before scaling Full SMTP ping + mailbox check is what you need, not just format or MX check Also warm up sending IPs after cleaning for better inbox rate
 
For accurate yet affordable solution, have a look at VeriPurge, MillionVerifier, or EmailListVerify. For advanced API use cases even cheaper, you may want to have a look at VeriPurge and ValidateEmail .net

Even if I write my own script to check with GPT, I need port 25 open. My server ended up getting banned. Now I just check for address errors, which I created in Excel.
 
For 10–20M/month with real SMTP checks, look at MillionVerifier, MyEmailVerifier, or BulkEmailVerifier they’re more affordable than ZeroBounce/NeverBounce. You can also layer a cheap bulk cleaner first, then run risky emails through a deeper SMTP verifier to cut costs and bounces.
 
You can try talking with mailtester.ninja owner about your requirements. Nice people.

$17 a month, verification through the app? Which I have to install on my device? Does port 25 need to be open? Is there a risk that my IP will be banned?

I’ve personally used both EmailListVerify and MillionVerifier, and honestly, the results were disappointing.


I cleaned the same list with EmailListVerify, then re-verified it with MillionVerifier before launching the campaign. Despite that, I still received a high number of bounces once I started sending.


Before anyone says it’s an infrastructure issue, it’s not.


My domain is 2+ years old.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, A, TXT — everything properly configured.
98% score on MailGenius.
BIMI verified to improve brand trust with Google, Hotmail and Yahoo.
No blacklist issues.
Content very simple ( Tested on mailmeteor & folderly ) to see if i had any spam keywords, but no! ( 100% ) clean.


When a list marked as “clean” still produces significant bounces, that’s a verification accuracy problem, not a sender reputation problem.


Just sharing real experience.

You need spf dkim dmark PTR record to validate serious providers. Or try debounce.io butis expensive vor big list.
