Email Traffic

Hey, first of all i'm new at your forums and hope to be involved.


Now here is my question. I can see out there a lot of sites that offers you Targeted Traffic by sending emails to clients.
If i buy the services from them, do it's still will be count as spam and can damage my URL on Gmail etc?
And most impotent anyone know good site that offers the services for
reasonable price?
