Email templates and the best place to use them

I've been collecting some good email templates because I plan on using the list of emails I've been collecting, so the question is what's the best platform to use said templates with? Here for opinions.

If you want to go for cheap , just use sendy through Amazon SES ( you can find plenty of tutorials online on how to set it up), if you want something more user friendly go for mailchimp, constant contact, drip, aweber , sendinblue, etc.

Someone else recommended Amazon SES looks good. Will it work fine with custom templates even without using sendy?
 
scrapped mails and Amazon SES ? kindly don't waste your valuable time and money.
My suggestion:
1) You can choose any starter plan with bulletproof addon from our BST which allows 10k mails daily. If you requirement is more i can suggest you accordingly.
2) And As you have HTML templates already you can simply copy paste them in visual editor of email panel which uses your own templates and easy to edit them aswell.
