email subscription after sale

I've got an autoresponder set up to point people to a clickbank product. If they buy it, I'd like to move them to a different email list, one for people who've bought from me. Aweber can do this automatically if they just opt in to another list with me, but how do I get them to a page of mine after they buy something from clickbank? Anybody else have any methods for this?
