Email subscripation without knowing the user

I heard that, if we send some email to bunch of email users, and access that email without the user intervenstion and make that email to subscribe. I think this is email subscription spoofing or something. Is that true? If yes, how to do it?

Can you clarify what you are trying to say?

From what I gather you want to:
1. Send an email blast to a bunch of random people
2. Hack into their email and click the 'Subscribe' link
