Email submits whats important?

SO i have been wondering about this... Let's say i give my friend a real existing email address and he follows my affiliate link to an email submit offer and completes it which means i get paid.

Can the affiliate know that he basically used a new email address or does it even matter? Even if he never logs back on the email account?

This is all in theory..not going to hand each one of my friends a email address lol

its not just the email, the merchant is more concerned about him completing all the offers and actually convert in the backend.

If you continuously do that, you'll be scrubbed to death.

Yeah i get that but isn't the actual conversion part of the offer the survey and putting in all the information?

Lets say the whole offer is a 5 page survey with the 1st page being the email submit and then the 4 other survey pages.. if he would complete all the info would there still be a problem?

Again only asking in theory..
