the hydra network has a shit load of email submits
all diffrent types one of the bigger providers i would say is consumerreviewnetwork now these guys have x amount of diffrent offers right their objective is to collect email address and later backend the shit out of them wich we could give 2 shits about as long as we get our $1-$2 first page submit

so what im saying you have an iphone offer and a ipod offer both from consumerreviewnetwork what if the same person fills out both offers

would that be a duplicate lead? what do you guys think?
i push alot of email zip submit shit because its very non threating to the person who is looking at the offer..."fuck it i would like an iphone all i have to do is enter my email".. do think thats why some networks shave?

they will most probably just not pay for the duplicate email.

As far as i know email submit offers are rarely converting at the merchants side so they are scrubbing and complaining the network about fraud leads

Yeah email submits are slowly being phased out, don't plan anything long-term. I say don't worry about the double leads, freebie seekers usually want to get as much free stuff as possible, so it's not unusual to see the same lead for multiple offers.
