Hello, I was wondering where can I sign up for those
single page email submits?

For example: "Enter Your Email For An iPhone 4g"

Also, how much do you get paid for each email submitted?

I'm also looking for a good CPA company that offers a ton of e-mail/ one page submits. Can anyone help me out? I'm already a member of **************, LeadBolt, and AdscendMedia.

For adscend they pay 1.00 for these types, email only submits

Can you give me the names of some of the ones your talking about because I don't seem to see any on their site or they require me to get authorization to run the campaign.

Check out OfferVault.com. It's sort of a search engine for CPA offers. You'll find more offers than you could ever promote from more networks than you could ever join.

a survey that comes after the email submit for me
to get paid, or do I get paid for them submitting their
emails?

Check the offer, but typically you get paid on the email submit first page. Keep in mind however the quality needs to back out for the advertiser either way.

sorry Swags for interrupting.

question: whats the concrete definition of first page email submit?
does it mean user enters email address, select product/etc, and click enter?
or user have to fill up the 2nd page which ask for address etc?

kinda stumped . hope someone can help us here.
also for adscend users, any working 1st page email submits for u?
