Email Submits Noob Questions

Hello everybody

Im a beginner at marketing, and Im wondering through hours of research....

1) What are some good Email Submits Sites that pay you to direct people to their survey????

- I have been to several sites but all the site I been through ask for your website link to approve you or not
I just apply to these sites yesterday so Im waiting for a respond, hopefully I get approve but Im wary because I dont have an big fancy site that I think will look good for my application of approval.

2) Is there any Email Submits Sites that doesnt need any requirement such as this to sign up ? ? ?

You mean CPA networks, you could try CPALEAD, you just sign up and you are good to go.
