Email Submit UK

I'm starting to go crazy, I really want me email submit method to take off but I just can't find any. I've been accepted to loudmo who don't do Email Submits, and I've been accepted to MaxBounty who don't do Email Submits in the UK, and who also bumped me off saying I got no actions when my CR should have been roughly 90%.

If anyone in the UK is doing Email Submits help me out
