Hello there,
i am using adworkmedia,sharecash and cleanfiles and i am willing to try new networks. What i am looking for i cant seem to find, it may be just me and these networks already allow you too do it but i cant seem to find how. this is what i am looking for.

YouTube>Email Submit>Fill Info>Press The Confirm Button>Redirected To Locked Link

Just use Aweber and blogger or something to get the email submit and then redirect the users to the email submit. Simple as that.
