Email submit offers

Hey guys,

Does anyone know whats up with email submit offers on Peerfly, they are not peforming well as they used to?

Any good network for email/zip submits?

Email submits in general are all crap. Many years ago when affiliate marketing wasn't even known I was making bank off email submits from Hydranetwork and a few others. They converted when promised and rarely shaved much. Now, nothing converts.

I've even tried higher end offers, and they don't convert either. Makes me cautious about investing all of my advertising dollars in these affiliate networks anymore if nothing is going to convert when promised..
