Email Submit Link Locker Network NEEDED!

Hello there i am using sharecash,cleanfiles and adworkmedia but yet i can not seem to get a email submit with a link locker so for e.g YouTube>Fills in email>then to locked site
so basically when someone enters there email it takes them to the locked site.

dose anyone know of a network that dose this? also adworkmedia has dropped too ts knees so i would not like too use them.

ok well not what i m looking for i am looking for a link locker but i dot want surveys i only want email submits to unlock the link.
