I would recommend using getresponse as they have built in landing pages. 1k visits/month is free. If you pay extra 14 euros or so you have no visitors limit + you can split test. Imo they had some fitness related pre-made landers also. Getresponse is also free the first month (max 250 subs).
getresponse is free till 1k/visitors? I'm only seeing that it's cost 12euros since month too for 1k subs.
We mean the same?

Building a landing page is not hard. Just grab a nice Wordpress Theme and use some email plugin. There you go. Except for the hosting and domain no other costs.

Getresponse is free for the first month or till you get to 250 subs. You can use their landing page for free up to 1000 visitors/month.

I use Social Mobi Video software. Very simplistic. One time fee not monthly and makes amazing DIY landing pages with video and email submit or re-route. Another I use is Landing page monkey. A bit more advance but easy to learn and the out is great also. Hope this helps.

You can Hire someone from fiverr to make a lannding page and interlink the same with get response or aweber code !
