Email submit + content lock = possible ?

I'm driving like 300 traffic a day from facebook via facebook group
All of them are high quality since they comment alot and my niche catchy
I really want to lock my content with email submit cpa ( i got max bounty and peerfly acc )
Now i'm earning like 2 bucks a day with adsense, i really need help, i saw content locking plugin but do them work ? i just can't image how they work exactly since cpa sites dont provide API
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO LOCK MY CONTENT ON WORDPRESS WITH EMAIL SUBMIT FOR CPA
i only can find a way to lock content with normail email submit, not submit email directly to the cpa network

Sure its possible . If you have highly targeted traffic , cpa offers will be good choice . Start reading tutorials about content locking then . It's very easy process (implementing)

I'm not good at coding or wordpress trick, i did google search but nothing found, please help
