Email submit - Affiliate programs

I have never tried promoting email submit programs (where you get paid for every free email registered/submitted). I was thinking of looking in to it now though.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend me any good affiliate programs offering this type of "cpa" form. Would also appreciate any input you might have regarding email submits and any affiliate progrram that may offer them.

Almost all CPA networks have Email Submit offers its just the process of signing up with them and if you want non-incent ones or incentive ones.

Hi we offer $1.50 per email program with our site Real Amateur Tube you can find us by typing real amateur Tube into google and goto webmaster link at the bottom of the page.....as i am new member on this forums so i cannot post the link in this post

If you do a Google search for the term "best CPA networks" and look through, I think that most of them offer that type of offers.
