From the percentage's you gave and the way it dropped, you are being shaved. You're looking at it like it's your fault and you need to do something to get it back up. Even if you tweak it you won't see any difference, they will just shave more.
I've pushed lots of traffic to every kind of offer over the years, I know by the numbers when I'm being shaved, and you are being shaved.
My advice? Find a new network and push for them for awhile. The old network will contact you and ask why your traffic stopped. Tell em you're down for a few days, you're having issues and will be back in a week or so.
After they get you all paid out, tell em you've found a new better offer, that their offer (The old network) wasn't making enough for you.
They will try to get you to come back, tell em you'll try it for a few days and see how it goes. Trust me, you're numbers will magically be back to where they were before.
