There should be a messages to reply in bulk .. and about the limit I mean just replying to emails, clients will contact me first.

I did not know any service like that but after reading this I searched and there is a website call aweber.

Aweber and Getresponse are the services which can help you buddy. I haven't worked with it yet but one of my friend had used this for similar purpose so i thought to suggest you to try once.
why you have to link it to thunderbitd?
could you set an auto responder in which you put a link to a money website? Or will it be considered as spam?

Yes that's possible, as you as you keep the bounce rate and spam complaints to a minimum.

there was a user that was given away a email server package , you can set this up on your pc or laptop at home and use you internet provider info, to send emails of course not silly spam emails as you might get port 21 blocked from your host.
doing it this way , your save on a smtp server and can send as many email as you want .

If im not mistaking, every smtp server has both - outgoing and incoming settings, set those settings up in thunderbird and you are set.

I think autorespond is what you need. When clients email you, it will automatic send a reply to the sender.
